AuditFlow Terms of Service
AuditFlow is operated by VISION CRAFT VC CY LTD.
By using AuditFlow, customers agree to use the service only for websites they own, operate, or are authorized to have externally reviewed.
Service scope
AuditFlow reviews publicly accessible website information only. Reports may include a backend checklist identifying items the customer or developer should inspect separately, but AuditFlow does not directly access or review private backend systems.
AuditFlow does not log into customer accounts, admin panels, source code repositories, hosting dashboards, analytics accounts, payment dashboards, databases, or private APIs. Any backend-related checklist item is a self-check item for the customer or their developer.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that requested public-site scans comply with their website, hosting, and platform terms.
Customers must only submit websites they own, operate, or are authorized to have externally reviewed. AuditFlow may decline or stop processing a request if the submitted URL appears inaccessible, protected, redirected outside the approved public site, abusive, or outside the service scope.
Payments and subscriptions
One-time audit packages are billed once. Monthly monitoring packages are billed monthly and produce scheduled monthly public-site reports while the subscription is active. Monthly monitoring is not continuous real-time uptime monitoring.
Payments, receipts, invoices, billing details, and subscription cancellation flows are handled through Stripe. Customers are responsible for keeping billing details current and cancelling monthly subscriptions before the next renewal if they do not want future billing.
Reports
Reports are delivered as professional PDF files inside the customer account. The application does not display detailed findings, technical evidence, screenshots, scores, issue trends, or backend checklist contents directly inside My Account.
Reports are AI-assisted and based on public evidence collected at the time of processing. Customers should verify findings before making high-risk business, legal, security, compliance, or production decisions.
Availability and limitations
Public websites can block automated access, change during processing, redirect unexpectedly, or temporarily fail to load. AuditFlow may retry, queue, manually review, decline, or refund an order when a submitted website cannot be reviewed within the public-site service scope.
Support
Service questions can be sent to servicesauditflow@gmail.com. Include the account email, order reference, package, and submitted website URL where relevant.
